A phrase that you you will hear over and over again, why? because content is the food that the search engine spiders like to seek out with such an appetite that we tested and watched the google spiders on a brand new website.
We uploaded the website and invited google to spider the site, they came within hours, we were still making changes and uploading these as the day went on, looking into the stats sheet we could see that google came back an hour later! Each time we made a change the google spiders came back to see what was new. Eventually we went to bed, we had a look the next morning to see that google came 1 hour after we had done the last update an hour after that it came back then didn't come back until 24 hours later where it discovered more updates and guess what? Yes it was back again after an hour to see if we had done more up dates! To test this further we delayed any more updates and watch as the google spider came, saw no updates delayed it return until 24 hours still no new content so returned 48 hours later still no new content 72 hours later, we did a small update and an when the spider returned and saw the updates it was back in an hour!
So what did we make of this?
Time to keep feeding the spiders so that they list all pages and content while increasing page rankings, below are some of the things you can do or pay someone to do them for you!

• Write about your key phrases
• Write extra pages of content that are key word rich
• Write about your industry or what you specialise in
• Write about your product or service's uses
• Write about how your product/service improves the life of the consumer
• Write about why your product/service is better
• Write about the history of your product/service or industry
• And of course, be sure to include your key phrases and variations of them

Whatever you do, be sure that you don't write junk and double check that everything reads well. Writing about your key phrase doesn't mean just adding your key phrase all through the text. If you have any doubts, pay someone to do the writing for you!

• Web sites about your industry
• Sites related to your product or service
• Suppliers
• Resellers
• Competitors who don't compete in the same region
• Sites that sell products/services that relate to yours, but don't compete directly

You see an important part of seo is also linking who links to you and how they link to you! If you don't have many links pointing to you then get your link campaign going!
